TA _ PENGARUH KEMAMPUAN REPRESENTASI MATEMATIS SISWA TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR
Abstract
The aim of this study is figuring out the effect of students; mathematics representation towards learning achievement. The method used in this study was quantitative descriptive that find out the effect of students’ mathematics representation on the learning achievement. The population in this study were students of grade X of SMK Negeri 1 Soe in 2020/2021 academic year. The technique used to get the sample was simple random sampling. The technique used to collect the data in this study was the ability test of students’ mathematic representation, while the learning achievement gained through the
result of daily test of students in 2020/2021 academic year. The technique used to analyze the data was simple regression linear test. The result of the study showed that there was a significant effect between students’ mathemethichs representation towards learning achievement that was 33,9% while the rest was 66,1% was effected by other factors that
were not studied in this study. The regression similarity was = 44,786 + 0,414 that meant when there was improvement on the students’ mathematics representation then the students learning achievement would be increase in 0,414.

Abstrak
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan representasi matematis siswa terhadap prestasi belajar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuntitatif yang mengkaji tentang pengaruh kemampuan representasi matematis siswa terhadap prestasi belajar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 1 Soe tahun ajaran 2020/2021. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes kemampuan representasi matematis siswa, sedangkan prestasi belajar diperoleh dari hasil ulangan harian matematika siswa tahun pelajaran 2020/2021. Teknik analisis datamenggunakan uji regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kemampuan representasi matematis siswa terhadap prestasi belajar sebesar 33,9 % sedangkan sisanya 66,1%
dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Pesamaan regresinya adalah Y = 44,786 + 0,414X yang berarti setiap penambahan satu satuan pada kemampuan representasi matematis maka prestasi belajarakan bertambah 0,414 satuan.
