TA _ PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI MATEMATIS TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR MATEMATIKA SISWA

Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of mathematical communication on students mathematich learning achievement. The research method used in this research is quantitative research which examines the effect of mathematical communication on students mathematics learning achievement. The population is junior high school students in the academic year 2020/2021 and was taken as the research sample. Sampling using purposive techinque. Data collection techinques use tests in the form of description questions to obtain student mathematical communication data while students mathematics learning achievement is obtain from on the even length of the 2019/2020 academic year. Data analysis techniques using simple linear regression test. The results showed that there was an effect of mathematical communication on students mathematics learning achievement of 70.8% while the remaining 29.2% was influenced by other factors. The regression equation obtained is = 79, 514 + 0,586X which means that for each one unit addition in mathematical, the mathematics learning achievement will increase by 0.586.

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi matematis terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuntitatif yang mengkaji tentang pengaruh komunikasi matematis terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa. Populasinya adalah siswa/siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri Siso tahun ajaran 2020/2021 dan diambil sebagai sampel penelitian. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes berupa soal uraian untuk memperoleh data komunikasi matematis siswa sedangkan prestasi belajar matematika siswa didapat dari hasil UAS genap tahun pelajaran 2019/2020. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa terdapat pengaruh komunikasi matematis terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa sebesar 70,8% sedangkan sisanya 29,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Persamaan regresi yang diperoleh = 79, 514 + 0,586X yang berarti setiap penambahan satu satuan pada komunikasi matematis maka prestasi balajar matematika siswa akan bertambah 0,586 satuan.
