TA _ PENGARUH GAYA BELAJAR TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN PEMAHAMAN KONSEP MATEMATIS SISWA

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to produce a study of the effect of learning styles on students' ability to understand mathematical concepts. The method used in this research is quantitative. The population in this study were all seventh grade students of SMPN Oekamusa in the odd semester of the 2020/2021 school year which consisted of two classes, while the research sample was taken in one class by using simple random sampling technique. The instrument used was a
questionnaire to obtain learning style data, while the data for understanding mathematical concepts were obtained from the results of the conceptual comprehension ability test. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was an influence of learning style on students' ability to understand mathematical concepts by 77.4%, while the remaining 22.6% was influenced by other factors not examined in this study. The regression equation is =Yˆ -2.676 + 0,701X.

Abstrak
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan kajian tentang pengaruh gaya belajar terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII SMPN Oekamusa semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2020/2021 yang terdiri dari dua kelas sedangkan sampel penelitian diambil satu kelas dengan teknik simple random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket untuk mendapatkan data gaya belajar, sedangkan data pemahaman konsep matematis diperoleh dari hasil tes kemampuan pemahaman konsep. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh gaya belajar terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa sebesar 77,4% sedangkan sisanya 22,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Persamaan
regresinya =Yˆ -2.676 + 0,701X.
