TA _ PENGGUNAAN MODEL PROBLEM BASED LEARNING TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR KOGNITIF SISWA
Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui model Problem Based Learning (PBL) terhadap hasil belajar kognitif siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri Satu Atap Bileon. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui pre-test dan pos-test untuk mengetahui hasil belajar kognitif siswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa adanya perbedaan nilai rata-rata hasil belajar kognitif siswa sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Awal pertemuan sebelum perlakuan pada kelas eksperimen pre-test yaitu 53,79 sedangkan pre-test pada kelas kotrol yaitu 45,96. Setelah perlakuan pada kelas eksperimen posttest yaitu 83,08 dan kelas kontrol posttest yaitu 66,92. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka dapat dikatakan bahwa adanya perbedaan hasil belajar kognitif siswa antara kelas eksperimen yang diajarkan mengguakan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) dan kelas kontrol yang diajarkan menggunakan ceramah. Hal ini dapat dikatakan bahwa adanya perbedaan hasil belajar yang sangat signifikan dilihat dari nilai rata-rata.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to see how the Problem Based Learning (PBL) paradigm affects eighth-grade students at SMP Negeri Satu Atap Bileon's cognitive learning results. Pre-test and post-test data were used to determine the cognitive learning results of the students in this study. The findings of this study show that the average value of students' cognitive learning outcomes before and after therapy differs. The experimental class's initial meeting before treatment pre-test was 53.79, while the control class's pretest was 45.96. The experimental class posttest after treatment was 83.08, while the control class posttest was 66.92. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the experimental class taught using
the PBL paradigm and the control class taught using lectures have different cognitive learning outcomes. When compared to the average value, there is a fairly large difference in learning outcomes.
Keyword : Problem-Based Learning (PBL) and Student Cognitive Learning Outcomes are two terms that spring to mind while thinking about this study.
