TA _ PENGARUH DISPOSISI MATEMATIS TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN PEMAHAMAN KONSEP MATEMATIS SISWA
Abstract
Mathematical disposition is the strong desire, awareness, tendency, and dedication of students to think mathematically. Mathematical concept comprehension ability is the capability to absorb and understand mathematical ideas. This study aims to produce an investigation on the influence of mathematical disposition on students' mathematical concept comprehension ability. The research method used in this study is quantitative descriptive, which examines the influence of mathematical disposition on students' mathematical concept comprehension ability. The population in this mathematical disposition is a strong desire, awareness, inclination, and dedication in students to think mathematically. The ability to understand mathematical concepts is the ability to absorb and understand mathematical ideas. This study aims to produce a study of the influence of mathematical disposition on the ability to understand mathematical concepts of students. The research method used in this study is descriptive quantitative which examines the effect of mathematical disposition on the ability to understand mathematical concepts of students. The population in this study was all students of Class IX of SMP Negeri 4 Takari in the 2022/2023 academic year as many as 2 classes while the research sample was 2 classes taken with a simple random sampling technique were IXA and IXB . Data collection techniques used in this study are a questionnaire and a test of the mathematical disposition of students’ ability to understand mathematical concepts. Data analysis techniques using simple linear regression test. The results showed that there was an influence of mathematical disposition on students’ ability to understand mathematical concepts by 74,1% while 25,9% were influenced by other factors that were not studied in this study. The regression equation is Ŷ=4,957+0,294 X which means that with every addition of one unit to the mathematical disposition, the ability to understand mathematical concepts of students will increase by 0,294 units.

Abstrak
Disposisi matematis adalah keinginan, kesadaran, kecenderungan dan dedikasi yang kuat pada diri siswa untuk berpikir matematis. Kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis adalah kemampuan menyerap dan memahami ide-ide matematika. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan kajian tentang pengaruh disposisi matematis terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif yang mengkaji tentang pengaruh disposisi matematis terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 4 Takari tahun pelajaran 2022/2023 sebanyak 2 kelas sedangkan sampel penelitian sebanyak 2 kelas yang diambil dengan teknik simple random sampling yaitu kelas IXA dan IXB. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah angket disposisi matematis dan tes kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh disposisi matematis terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa sebesar 74,1% sedangkan 25,9 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti
dalam penelitian ini. Persamaan regresinya adalah Ŷ=4,957+0,294X yang berarti setiap penambahan satu satuan pada disposisi matematis maka kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa akan bertambah 0,294 satuan.
