TA _ Analyzing and Correcting Students’ Speaking Mistake When Doing Presentation through Video
Abstract
This study aimed to find out what students speaking mistakes when doing presentation through video. This is a qualitative research. The participants were 5 students of Public Speaking class, English education Program. The participants were chosen through purposive sampling. Instruments used were analyzed students’ video and interview. Based on analysis of the students’ video presentation the researcher foundthat students’ problems in speaking are grammar problems word choice problem and mispronunciation problemand based on interview the researcher knew students’ solution to avoid the problem in speaking skill. The result of this study showed that, students’ problems in speaking consist of three elements problems such as: Grammar problems word choice problem and mispronunciation problem. To solve those problems, the researcher found some solutions, they are: pay attention on the sentence they speaking a lot and read a lot of books.
