TA _ PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PICTURE AND PICTURE UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MINAT BELAJAR SISWA
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa di SMA Kristen Manekto Kuatnana melalui penerapan model pembelajaran picture and picture. Model penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre eksperimen dengan desain One Group Pretest–Posttest. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata nilai minat belajar siswa sebelum penerapan
model tersebut adalah 53%, yang termasuk dalam kategori sedang. Setelah penerapan, minat belajar siswa meningkat sebesar 23%. Analisis data menunjukkan bahwa 13 siswa mencapai kategori sangat tinggi (89%), 9 siswa dalam kategori tinggi (69%), dan 4 siswa berada dalam kategori sedang (48%). Rata-rata skor minat belajar setelah penerapan model picture and picture adalah 76%, dengan kategori sangat tinggi. Hasil ini mengindikasikan bahwa peserta didik menjadi lebih aktif dan antusias dalam proses pembelajaran, serta terjadi peningkatan interaksi antara siswa dan guru, serta antar siswa, sehingga proses pembelajaran menjadi lebih menyenangkan dan efektif. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model picture and picture berhasil meningkatkan minat belajar siswa pada materi jamur (fungi).

ABSTRACK
This study aims to enhance students' interest in learning at SMA Kristen Manekto Kuatnana through the implementation of the picture and picture learning model. The research method used is a pre-experiment with a One Group Pretest–Posttest design. The results indicate that the average interest score of students before the model's application was 53%, categorized as moderate. After implementation, students' interest increased by 23%. Data analysis reveals that 13 students reached the very high category (89%), 9 students fell into the high category (69%), and 4 students were in the moderate category (48%). The interest in learning activity score after applying the picture and picture model was 76%, categorized as very high. These results suggest that students became more active and enthusiastic during the learning process, leading to increased interaction between students and teachers, as well as among students, making learning more enjoyable and effective. Therefore, it can be concluded that the implementation of the picture and picture model successfully improved students' interest in learning about fungi.
