TA _ MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN PEMAHAMAN KONSEP MATEMATIKA SISWA MELALUI MODEL INKUIRI TERBIMBING
Abstrak
This study aims to produce studies on improving students' ability to understand mathematical abilities with the Inkuri Terbimbing model learning. The research method used is quantitative research with a pre-experimental model designed in the form of a one-group pre-test, post-test design. The population in this study were all students of class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Amanuban Barat which consisted of 5classes and the research sample was class VIII A which was taken by simple random sampling technique. Data collection techniques and instruments used in the test were in the form of description questions consisting of pre-test and post-test questions. The data test, namely the normality test followed by N-gain to find out how much the students' ability to understand mathematical concepts skills have increased. Based on the results of the analysis, the value is obtained674,43−=countt and729,1=tablet where ttable > tcount, then there is an increase in student’
ablitity understand mathematical concepts with the normality test as a prerequisite test. The results of the study showed that there was an increase in student’ ability to understand mathematical concepts through the guided inkury model with a normalized acore of 0,61.

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan kajian tentang peningkatan kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematika siswa melalui pembelajaran model Inkuiri Terbimbing. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan model pre-experimental yang didesain dalam bentuk one-group pre-test, post-test design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Amanuban Barat yang terdiri dari 5 kelas dan sampel penelitiannya yaitu kelas VIIIA yang diambil dengan teknik simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dan
instrument yang digunakan tes berupa soal uraian yang terdiri dari soal pre-test dan post-test. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji t-sampel berpasangan dengan hasil menunjukan ttabel > thitung. Hasil analisis diperoleh nilai674,43−=hitungt >729,1=tabelt maka terdapat peningkatan kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematika siswa melalui model Inkuiri Terbimbing. Besar peningkatan kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematika siswa melalui model Inkuiri Terbimbing melalui model Inkuri Terbimbing sebesar 0,61, pada kategori sedang.
